Modular Wall and Ceiling Systems
We select from multiple product solutions to meet the needs of your facility, based on your manufacturing processes and contamination control requirements. Whether the project requires walk-on ceilings, modular walls or a combination of modular and stick built construction, we can create a solution that complies with your manufacturing needs.
Traditional Wall and Ceiling Systems
As the country’s largest wall and ceiling contractor, our experience enables us to identify and deliver traditional drywall finishes of the highest quality for any cleanroom solution. These can be combined with modular systems to create cost effective cleanroom solutions.
Lighting Systems
Walk-on, surface mounted, LEDs … whatever your lighting needs, we will recommend and then meet any requirements and seamlessly integrate the correct solution into your cleanroom system. Our relationships and sourcing from many different manufacturers means that we are always up to speed with innovations and are able to create a custom solution that meets your specific lighting specifications.
Specialty Doors

Filtration Systems

Laminar Flow Solutions
PCI will furnish and install a wide range of laminar flow and air filtration solutions based on its clients’ manufacturing requirements. From containment hoods, to stainless steel plenums and air handling units, PCI delivers customized solutions to maximize the most sensitive and critical area of your manufacturing process.
Specialties
PCI can also provide a variety of specialty items such as slotted channels, pass throughs, utility boxes, grids and curtains, guard rails, bumper guards and gown room furniture.
Flooring Solutions
PCI offers a comprehensive selection of resinous floor solutions, various thicknesses, chemistries and finishes designed to suit your requirement and your budget. Our suppliers’ flooring systems include epoxy, vinyl flake, and sheet vinyl systems. Vinyl seams are heat-welded, providing an impervious, hard-wearing, homogeneous floor finish. Floor coves are often incorporated into walls for ease of cleaning.
Coldroom Integration
Adding a coldroom into a cleanroom project usually impacts the construction completion schedule because other specialty contractors have to be brought in. When a coldroom is required, PCI will source the materials and create the coldroom as part of the overall cleanroom delivery program, thereby ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality. Our relationships with coldroom panel manufacturers ensure that wall finishes, etc. will match the overall project specifications.
