A Drug-Free Work Environment

Maintaining a drug-free environment has a positive effect on the well-being and morale of our workforce.

Safety Stand-Downs

As our number one Core Value, safety is at the heart of everything we do. The safety stand-down is a valuable tool used to communicate best practices, regulatory changes, and to reinforce positive safety habits.

Four times each year, PCI conducts week-long Safety Stand-Downs at job sites across the country to focus on a particular safety issue, as well as specific issues relevant to individual job sites.

Tool Box Talks

Toolbox Talks

Weekly toolbox talks give foremen and field leadership a crucial opportunity to communicate job-specific safety messages and address issues related to upcoming tasks on the project.

Establishing an honest, open, and frequent dialogue among team members on a project is critical to setting the groundwork for safe daily practices.
