Employee Development & Empowerment
At PCI, employees across all levels are provided extensive training opportunities from the very beginning. We offer a wide range of course options, including instructor-led group training, online courses, and more, to support employees’ professional development and equip them with the tools for success.
We firmly believe that learning is an ongoing process and, with the right training, each individual’s performance can be optimized to its maximum potential. By investing in our employees’ growth, we ensure the continuous improvement and success of our company.
PCI is also proud to support CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) as our corporate charity. CASA is the only volunteer organization that empowers everyday citizens as officers of the court. In an overburdened social welfare system, abused and neglected children often slip through the cracks among hundreds of current cases. CASA volunteers change that. Appointed by judges, CASA volunteers typically handle just one case at a time—and commit to staying on that case until the child is placed in a safe, permanent home. PCI is proud to support CASA and the work they do across the nation.


Within the construction industry, real, inherent risks and dangers exist.
