Performance Contracting Projects Shine at 2024 Building Excellence Awards

Lenexa, Kansas – June 10, 2024 — The 2024 Building Excellence Awards, presented by The Builders, a chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), celebrated the region’s premier construction projects and initiatives during a live event at The Bardot in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Among the night’s standout honorees were a pair of projects by Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI).

PCI was recognized for its exceptional work on two major projects. The company took home the award for Project of the Year by a Subcontractor ($1 to $5 Million) for its contributions to CPKC Stadium, the new home of the National Women’s Soccer League’s Kansas City Current. Additionally, PCI earned the Project of the Year by a Subcontractor (Under $1 Million) for its efforts on the Kansas City International Airport’s Delta Sky Club. These projects exemplified PCI’s commitment to quality and excellence in construction.
