Performance Contracting Named Best Places to Work by Orange County and Los Angeles Business Journals

LENEXA, Kan. – (Aug. 6, 2026) – The Orange County Business Journal and the Los Angeles Business Journal have both included specialty contractor Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) on their lists of Best Places to Work in Orange and Los Angeles counties respectively. PCI is listed in the Large Company category as #10 on the Orange Country list and #12 on the Los Angeles list.

The Best Places to Work lists are the result of employees completing engagement and satisfaction surveys that evaluate leadership, planning, culture, training, compensation, and benefits. According to PCI Los Angeles’ General Manager, Trevor Lykins, the fact that it’s driven by employee input makes the recognition especially meaningful.
