Elvis Presley’s Memphis

200,000 square foot state of the art entertainment complex.  The largest and most significant expansion since Graceland first opened to the public in 1982.

Methodist University Hospital Renovation

Location: Memphis, TN

Scope: Gypsum wallboard assemblies, acoustical ceilings, HVAC insulation

Multi-year renovation project within an existing working hospital. Constructed with strict adherence to Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) Best Practices.

Nordstrom Rack

Scope: Gypsum wallboard assemblies, acoustical ceilings, HVAC insulation

Part of the Poplar Commons shopping complex.

Crosstown Concourse (a.k.a. Sears Crosstown)

Location: Memphis, TN
Owner: Multiple

Scope: Gypsum wallboard assemblies, acoustical ceilings, acoustical wall panels, linear acoustical panels, HVAC insulation, swing stages

Originally built in 1927 as Sears & Roebuck’s distribution center. The Crosstown Building was a premier Sears retail store for more than 60 years.  The building became vacated in the early 1990s. The building was revitalized in the 2010s and features retail stores and restaurants on the first floor; fitness, health, arts, education, and office space on floors two through six, plus 270 apartments occupying floors seven through 10.
