PCI Tempus works efficiently and adheres to schedule while creating retail environments, whether they’re ornate boutiques of significant complexity or simple warehouse environments. Our residential portfolio consists of low-, mid- and hi-rise developments, single- and multi-building projects, throughout northern Illinois. We have a breadth of experience in stocking the job, coordinating our specialized labor forces, and logistically making the most challenging schedules a reality.
Hospitality / Assisted Living
PCI has what it takes to create a quality living environment. We ensure proper construction of the food preparation, health maintenance, meeting, dwelling, and banquet facilities that exist in these properties. We build out hotels and senior living facilities that create a custom atmosphere, as well as those which follow a corporate theme. Many successful projects can be seen across metropolitan Chicago and the surrounding suburban plains.

We feel a strong sense of purpose when we are involved with educational, recreational and the other public use facilities that benefit a community. Specialty Projects
Creative, abstract, modern, challenging and original. That is how we characterize some of the “specialty” projects that we have been fortunate enough to have assigned to PCI.
Our work with the House of Blues is one noteworthy example. We built out a flagship six-story restaurant/music theater…and started it without the benefit of construction plans. Our performance earned us the confidence of this valued client, who then sent our team cross-country to do it again.
