Throughout her career, she has helped organizations leverage technology to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and create lasting business value.
As an accomplished technology executive, Shelly has led large-scale initiatives across cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud platforms, data strategy, and digital modernization. Her experience spans technology leadership, enterprise architecture, financial management, and organizational transformation, with a strong focus on aligning technology investments with business objectives.
Shelly is a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams and is passionate about building high-performing teams that embrace innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Her leadership has been recognized with the prestigious ORBiE CIO of the Year Award, and she serves on the boards of the KC Tech Council and Kansas City CIO.
Shelly holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Public Administration from Washburn University. As Chief Technology & Information Officer, she is focused on advancing PCG’s technology capabilities, strengthening data-driven decision making, and positioning the organization for continued growth and success.
