With over 20 years in the construction industry, Shawn has a wealth of experience overseeing operations across the Midwest, Mountain, and Southwest regions. As Senior Vice President, his role at PCI is all about providing leadership, implementing strategic initiatives, and nurturing the development of the company’s talented teams to ensure top-notch construction services for their clients.
Throughout his career at PCI, Shawn has held various key positions, including Division Manager, Regional Manager, General Manager, and Area Manager. He has shown a remarkable knack for construction management, operations management, and organizational development. His leadership has played a crucial role in driving strategic planning, sales, and operations across multiple states, including Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Texas, New York, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.
Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities at PCI, Shawn is deeply involved in several professional organizations. He has served on the National Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry (AWCI), where he was President from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors and President of the Executive Committee for the Kansas City Chapter of the Signatory Wall and Ceiling Contractors Alliance (SWACCA). Shawn’s academic background includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Construction Management from Pittsburg State University. He’s passionate about fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within PCI.
