The project featured complex ceiling work in which no two radii were identical, presenting a unique challenge during the molding of the GFRG components. Achieving the design intent required careful refinement of shop drawings and meticulous coordination of joint layouts to ensure a flawless, seamless installation. The intricate radiused elements and the design intent for a seamless ceiling flow required the prefabrication of our GFRG moldings to be executed with exceptional precision—within a 1/32” tolerance. Meticulous upfront planning was essential to ensure that, once the final lighting illuminated the space, no imperfections were visible. The PCI team collaborated closely with the client to fully capture their design vision and deliver a finished product we are truly proud of.
