MTA Division 13 serves as a bus maintenance, operations, and service facility located in downtown Los Angeles. The project delivery method was Design-Bid-Build. Division 13 sets the example for sustainable design (LEED [Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design] Gold) and the responsible use of natural resources. Many of the materials used in the construction of this project were regionally sourced and/or have a high recycled content.
