PCI was hired to engineer a cantilevered scaffold solution from the penthouse floor, 31 floors above and 8 feet out from the floor line, above the main so that all exterior framing, sheathing, waterproofing & final metal panel soffit system could be installed prior to exterior glazing system being completed. This scaffolding was engineered & completed around the east & west sides of the building around three sides of each of the top floor penthouse locations.
