Heartland Whole Health Institute

Bentonville, AR | May 2025

The Heartland Whole Health Institute project exemplifies excellence in construction quality through innovative material use and meticulous craftsmanship. The building’s custom wood ceiling totaled more than 40,000 square feet, featuring individually crafted slats of varying sizes that were installed across multiple elevations and radii, creating a seamless flow without standard angles.

The ceiling’s complexity required thorough pre-coordination using BIM modeling and real-time adjustments, ensuring a perfect fit with MEP systems. The team’s dedication to quality was evident in their proactive approach to quality control, performing regular QC checks and multiple quality walks throughout the project.

Heartland Whole Health Institute is a ground-up, museum-quality office building, located on the Crystal Bridges Campus in Bentonville, Arkansas, designed to be “a place where art and wellness converge.”
