Beginning immediately after the 2024 Cincinnati Open, PCI Cincinnati delivered on an accelerated schedule within a $255+ million, 42-acre campus renovation—the first full-scale transformation ever completed between tournaments. In collaboration with PCI Indianapolis Prefab, the team completed 120+ prefabricated panels, cold-formed metal framing, and sheathing for the new two-story Players’ Clubhouse and Golf Pro Shop serving The Grizzly Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus.
