Aria Convention Center Expansion

MGM Resorts International | Las Vegas, NV | 2018

The Aria Resort & Casino Convention Center Expansion revamped the City Center Showroom built in 2006. While its unique exterior was retained, the interior underwent a total makeover. The 52,000 sf structure, reaching 162 feet high, now holds seven levels, cumulating to 250,000 sf. The design mirrors the original Aria Convention Center with natural light, curved facades, and grand spaces highlighted by wooden sculptures, art, and lights. Features include open-air verandas, an 8,000 sf Roof Terrace linking attendees to the Vegas skyline, and a connection between the two convention centers. It offers four levels of convention space, amounting to 150,000 sf. The most spacious ballroom, spanning over 28,000 sf, can be segmented into eight junior ballrooms. This space integrates effortlessly with the existing Promenade, providing direct access to various amenities.
