A state-of-the-art research facility, PCI dismantled the east side façade before completely reinstalling 2,742 pieces of existing terracotta back into place from the previous landmark William O. McKay Ford and Pacific Lincoln Mercury auto showroom building.
PCI also dismantled and reinstalled 966 individually cast decorative plaster elements from inside the Pacific McKay showroom.
