(PCG) is excited to announce that MaryElizabeth Lackey has joined the company as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over 20 years of global HR leadership experience across various industries, MaryElizabeth will lead PCG’s human capital strategy as the company enters its next phase of growth and transformation.
MaryElizabeth joins PCG from BlueScope Buildings North America, where she served as Vice President, People and Culture leader. In this role, she was instrumental in overseeing Human Resources and Health, Safety, and Environment for the multi-billion-dollar business. Her achievements include leading HR strategies for major acquisitions, transforming HR teams to be data-driven, implementing new HRIS systems, and advancing talent management and organizational development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, MaryElizabeth led HR functions across regions, including the Middle East, Scandinavia, and North America, gaining invaluable experience in managing complex change management initiatives, union negotiations, and workforce restructurings. Her international assignments in Dubai, Norway, and France enriched her global perspective and honed her ability to navigate cultural diversity within teams.
Known for her people-first leadership approach, MaryElizabeth excels in aligning HR strategies with broader business objectives, focusing on performance management, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
