As Vice President and General Counsel, Mike Metcalf oversees Performance Contracting Group’s Legal Department, which reviews and negotiates contracts, engages and manages outside counsel and consultants, participates in dispute resolution, and provides legal support and advice to the company on both the branch and corporate levels. This includes involvement in construction claims, labor and employment, insurance, worker’s compensation, intellectual property, benefits, acquisitions and corporate governance.
Mike graduated from Southwestern College in 1989. He then attended the University of Kansas School of Law, graduating in 1992. After spending 15 years in private practice, he joined PCG in 2007 as Corporate Counsel. In 2020, Mike was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Administration and joined the PCG Leadership Group. He assumed the role of Vice President, General Counsel in 2024.
