Heath Hansen is the Vice President of the Pacific Northwest region at Performance Contracting, overseeing operations in Seattle, Spokane, Vancouver, Portland, and Boise. With 34 years of experience in the construction industry, Heath joined the company in 2003 as an Advanced Estimator and has since advanced through several leadership roles, including PreCon Manager, Area Manager, General Manager, and Regional Manager, before taking on his current position.
A natural leader, Heath has played a pivotal role in developing new product lines and services, while driving market share growth for core businesses. He promotes innovation by encouraging preplanning, prefabrication, and modularization in construction, continually challenging traditional methods. His leadership extends beyond the company, with active involvement in industry associations, including serving as President and Trustee for various regional construction organizations.
Heath’s core values align closely with Performance Contracting’s, emphasizing integrity and long-term relationships. He maintains a steadfast commitment to doing what’s right, both in business and with his team. Outside of work, Heath enjoys life on his cattle ranch in eastern Oregon, flying as a private pilot, and spending time with his wife, Heidi, and their Border Collie.
