Brian grew up in western Michigan and attended Michigan State University, majoring in Building Construction Management. During high school and college, he ran a residential construction business focused on finish carpentry. In 2006, he began interning with Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) in Los Angeles and Indianapolis.
After graduation, Brian moved to Carmel, Indiana, as an Associate Project Engineer, honing his skills in estimating, sales, and project management. In 2012, he led the sales and estimating team in PCI’s Ashburn, VA office, focusing on customer relationships and expanding PCI’s market share.
Brian returned to Indianapolis in 2014 as General Manager, leading a team and increasing market share fivefold over eight years. Promoted to Regional Manager in 2022, he oversaw PCI’s businesses in Indianapolis, Raleigh, and Nashville. By 2023, he became Vice President of Operations for the East region, and in June 2024, he joined Performance Contracting Group’s leadership team.
Passionate about empowering leaders and achieving results, Brian believes in keeping promises, owning actions, and taking pride in his work. He inspires others, works collaboratively, and constantly seeks improvement.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys golfing, staying fit, spending time with his family, exploring new places, watching his daughter play soccer, and playing guitar and drums with his son.
