PRECONSTRUCTION
The preconstruction phase is critical to a successful implementation of a projects building envelope. PCI LYMO’s team is experienced in providing preconstruction services, accurate cost estimates and scheduling input during early design, while identifying and correcting any unforeseen issues prior to construction. Through constant communication with team members we manage the client’s expectations from concept to delivery.
DESIGN-ASSIST
Our strength in preconstruction planning and knowledge of the construction process helps to make PCI LYMO a crucial part of any design assist team. Our design assist program provides support in the development of product specifications, project details, experience, manufactures design tools, and current industry leading standards and testing. PCI LYMO’s principal focus is to maintain constructability while being cognizant to the cost parameters. Through the design assist process value engineering options are also explored should budget concerns arise.
ENGINEERING
As an exterior envelope subcontractor, multiple aspects of engineering fundamentals must be considered on each project. These detailed considerations include, air infiltration, water infiltration, thermal and structural analysis, etc. We work closely with the design team and engineers during the engineering review and submittal process. Through our process we develop highly detailed shop and erection drawings.
FABRICATION
PCI LYMO sets itself apart with our cutting edge products and processes, and our commitment to superior customer service. As a leader in exterior cladding fabrication with materials such as aluminum composite material, natural metals, high pressure laminate panels, and fiber cement panels we are constantly looking for ways to improve on our success. Our panel fabrication team works closely with our engineers to help exceed our client’s expectations in output and quality. Our production facilities are located in Merrimack, NH.
FIELD INSTALL
Our field installation crews take great pride in fit and finish in all aspects of the field installation process. Our highly trained field crews have experience in all types of enclosure systems and components including exterior metal panels, rainscreen cladding systems, insulation systems, air vapor barrier systems, metal roofing, sunshades, louvers, and ornamental metals. As an added value to PCI LYMO’s experienced work force of 40 plus carpenters, we are signatory to New England Council of Carpenters. This provides us the advantage of access to a highly skilled workforce.
