Alan began his career with Performance Contracting as a Project Manager II in 2016, intentionally starting at the project level to learn the business from the ground up. Over the years, he advanced through roles as Operations Manager and General Manager II, consistently demonstrating a passion for building high-performing teams, developing talent, and delivering exceptional results for clients.

Throughout his career, Alan has supported complex and high-profile projects, including the Stellantis Battery Plant in Kokomo, IN, the IU Methodist Tower, and multiple large-scale projects with Eli Lilly and Company. With his leadership contributions, the Indianapolis branch has experienced extraordinary growth—expanding from $54M in revenue and 15 employees in 2016 to a projected $289M in revenue and 95 employees across Indianapolis and Raleigh by 2026.

In addition to project leadership, Alan has been instrumental in several strategic initiatives: launching the Raleigh branch in 2023, overseeing the local merger of insulation and interior teams, spearheading prefabrication efforts in Indianapolis, and leading a cultural transformation in safety through the implementation of the STOP Safety Training Observation Program. He also serves on the executive Procore implementation team, helping shape how technology drives efficiency and collaboration across the company.

Grounded by faith and family, Alan brings energy, authenticity, and vision to every role. His leadership philosophy centers on building trust, adapting with agility, and empowering people to achieve both personal and organizational success.
