Performance Contracting is closely monitoring the COVID-19 epidemic, and continues to implement policies and procedures to protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers, vendors, and partners throughout the country.
Updated April 7, 2020
While the situation surrounding COVID-19 is changing rapidly, Performance Contracting is committed to taking necessary actions to protect the people and communities we care about.
WHO & CDC Compliance
We are actively monitoring updates and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as we take measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at our jobsites and offices.
Corporate Operations
Effective March 13, 2020, we have expanded our suspension of all nonessential business travel until June 1, 2020. This travel restriction includes:
- Team meetings
- Events, conferences, training sessions
- Client interaction and engagement
- Any other travel that can otherwise be done virtually
We have put telecommuting measures in place for personnel not required at the jobsite or office. Positions that require an employee to be physically present in the workplace are defined as “essential personnel.”
Branch Operations
All of Performance Contracting’s offices remain open, with only essential personnel present at our locations. All locations are following orders and recommendations from their state and local officials.
Jobsite Operations
As states announce shelter-in-place orders and institute travel restrictions, we are relying on the recommendations of state and local officials. Where projects are ongoing, we are working closely with our customers, vendors, project leaders, and health officials to determine actions needed to ensure the safety of everyone on-site.
Staying the Course
As the impact of COVID-19 evolves, we will continue to be guided by our People-First focus and commitment to our Core Values. Individually and collectively, we are strong – PCG Strong – and we’ll weather this storm together.
