Performance Contracting Pledges Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace, Joins Unprecedented CEO-Driven Movement

(PCG) President & CEO Bill Massey affirmed the company’s commitment to this people-first approach by joining the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
By signing and committing to the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ pledge, PCG will continue to take action to create a company culture where diverse experiences, perspectives, and ideas are welcomed and respected, and where inclusivity is embraced at all levels of the organization.

The Company recently acted on this commitment by naming Cecily Bee as its new Diversity & Inclusion Manager. In this newly created role, Bee will lead internal diversity and inclusion efforts as well as develop strategic partnerships with external organizations, leading the way for inclusive practices.
