Cleanroom Marketing

  • Our engagement with CMO for Hire in Albany, NY is ramping up for a big push in September. Scott has the lead role from the PCG side with assistance from Natalie, Daniel and Roberta. While the focus for this campaign is on the Boston and New England market, the game plan is to refine the process and expand this initiative to other areas of the country. Below are a few of this month’s key initiatives.

PCI New England Open House (September 19)

  • PCI New England will be hosting their second annual Open House event for clients, prospects and partners. This year will feature their new G-Con cleanroom suite and will be held the day before the ISPE Boston Show at Gillette Stadium (Scott & Natalie will attend). Marketing deliverables include:
    • Invitation and Email Design
    • Vendor and Logistics Coordination
    • On-Site Support
    • Social Media Posts

NEW PCI Cleanroom Newsletter: The PULSE

  • The Marketing team is developing a NEW quarterly newsletter targeting Life Science contacts and prospects in the Boston area. Daniel is managing the design and build. The first issue is slated to go out in early September. Topics will include:
    • Announcement of NEW G-Con Demo Suite
    • PCI New England Employee Spotlights
    • Thought Leadership Articles
    • Conferences & Events

Executive Client Presentations

  • Marketing is coordinating with the Business Development team to create presentation and digital materials for several upcoming client executive meetings. Natalie and Roberta are leading this initiative. Deliverables include Presentation Packets, Agendas, QR Code Business Cards, and 5-Year Financial Reports.

  • Marketing is currently working with CMO for Hire to produce several articles focusing on our experience in cleanroom construction. These will be used for trade and business publications as well as our website and social media.

    • “Accelerating Cleanroom Construction: The Power of Design Assist”
    • “Warehouse to Cleanroom: Repurposing Spaces”


Web Development

  • Several new landing page requests were executed in August for HR, Benefits and Safety. Daniel and Brad managed the design and build of these projects which included:

PCG Thrive

  • This landing page was designed to help employees learn about the new PCG Thrive initiative and provide support documentations, FAQ’s and video messaging.


  • This landing page was developed to support the launch of the new PCG Awardco safety recognition platform. It includes an overview of the program, FAQ’s, a video tutorial and more.

Principles of Business Conduct

  • This SharePoint page was developed to communicate the updated Principles of Business Conduct to both salaried and hourly employee groups. It also includes translated information for Spanish speaking employees.


  • Several podcast projects are in the works for the Marketing team and Daniel is the lead producer. Others who contribute include Andrew, Brad and Isaac. Below are some highlights:

Barrier Cube Ventures

  • This is a “rough cut” of a video podcast with Jason and Brett to discuss the initiative and its goals. The final deliverable will be released later in September.

Facebook Advertising

PCI Kansas City: Field Position Hiring Campaign (Daniel)

  • Marketing is coordinating with PCI KC to attract field talent via Facebook advertising. No direct hires to date but it’s still pretty early in the campaign. Below are the current stats:

  • Target Area: Geofenced 35 mile radius around KC
  • Impressions: 104,424 to date
  • Clicks: 778 link clicks to the website job page
  • Cost: $0.55 per click
  • Total Spend to Date: $443.67

Presentation Design

Ardmac + PCI

  • Presentation highlighting project opportunities in Germany. Created for PCI/Ardmac meeting held in Ireland. (Roberta)

Service Line Support

  • The video project requests really ramped up in August with multiple internal communications, podcasts, service line videos and safety training requirements. Andrew and Isaac have done a great job juggling multiple clients and aggressive schedules.

Cleanroom Hype Video

  • This video was produced for playing at the Cleanroom Summit and Lunch & Learn in September. It will also be repurposed for presentations and website applications.

Scaffold Services Hype Video

  • This video was produced for use by scaffold team personnel when interacting with prospects and clients. t will also be repurposed for presentations and website applications.

Ladders Last: Español

  • The Spanish translated version of the Ladders Last training video was completed in August. It incorporates new AI and editing technologies which allow us to generate translations and voice recordings much more quickly and in-house.


ISPE Boston Product Show

  • This video was produced to promote PCI’s booth at the ISPE event and will be shown to attendees at the PCI New England open house.

Other Event videos are currently in production. These include:

  • Year-End Live Stream and Stocktoberfest

Business Partnerships

DECCO Client Relationship

  • As a trusted and valued trade partner, DECCO approached PCI NE to use their cleanroom mock-ups to record interviews and the installation of several custom fabricated components. On August 31, Scott traveled to Boston to assist a local film crew capturing DECCO and PCI personnel speaking on camera and installing ceiling and wall panels and a new sink. Look for the finished video in the next issue.


  • Marketing manages two national advertising campaigns for Scaffolding and Insulation. In addition, we also support branches and other service lines with spot ads for events and trade shows. Jackson is our point on insulation ads and Roberta on scaffold. Below are the September ads for Scaffold Access and NIA Magazines.

Event Support

  • Several events in August required Marketing A/V and presentation support. Brad and Daniel run point on these events to ensure all technical requirements are covered and they alternate manning the control room for major events. Here are some highlights:

Controller’s Summit

  • This event required some technical upgrades to the Washington Room and included the addition of new monitors and a creative space configuration. Brad made sure the room electronics served the needs of the event.

PCG Office Olympics

  • Jackson and Roberta really helped elevate this year’s event with their planning and execution. Jackson was also this year’s emcee and really stretched his comfort zone.
