David Gass began his journey in the construction industry as an intern at Performance Contracting in 1995. From the start, he showed exceptional dedication and commitment to his work, leading to his steady rise through the ranks.
With a degree in construction engineering from Oregon State University, David’s educational background has provided him with the foundation and knowledge to excel in a variety of roles within the company. His hard work and exceptional performance did not go unnoticed, and in 2018 he was promoted to Vice President, Operations.
Two years later, in October 2022, David was once again recognized for his contributions to the company and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations. In this role, he oversees all operations in the company’s Northwest Region and is responsible for providing steady and innovative leadership.
David’s exceptional leadership skills and ability to drive results have led to tremendous success for the company, and he is highly regarded for his dedication and commitment to Performance Contracting. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, David is a strong leader and an asset to the company.
