Brent graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1986 with a B.S. Degree in Marketing and Management. He has been with the Company since 2006. As the head of Corporate Administration, Brent oversees Human Resources, Recruiting & Employment, Compensation & Incentives, Salary Administration, Employee Benefits, Marketing Communications, Strategic Development & Training, and Ethics Compliance.
Brent has over 27 years of management experience in the building materials & construction industry with heavy emphasis in all aspects of Human Resources and Marketing.
